How do I register my team?

Teams can register through the Tournament Registration page. Registration is not confirmed until payment is completed.

When are schedules released?

Official schedules are typically released after registration closes and final team counts are confirmed.

Do teams need insurance?

Yes. All teams must submit proof of active liability insurance before tournament participation.

When is team check-in required?

Team check-in must be completed before the team’s first scheduled game.

Where are scores and brackets posted?

Scores, field assignments, standings, and brackets are posted under the Game Day section of the website.

Are tournament fees refundable?

Tournament fees are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Huddle Co. due to circumstances that prevent tournament play.
